Bushcraft

There is no getting away from the fact that inspite of todays sophisticated society we have lost touch with some of the basic survival skills used by our ancestors and passed down through generations! Modern living means never thinking about the basics; shelter, fire, water and food. As well as being IOL bushcraft qualified Chris has used these skills while working in expeditions and has had the best training the British military can give on the matter of survival, wether Arctic, jungle or the Brecon Beacons. The courses are generally aimed at kids and families, but we can also develop bespoke courses for adults.

Despite the weather the Easter bushcraft was a great success with plenty of fun, fires and marshmallows! Two Light My Fire fire steel were given out as prizes for the best shelter and well done to all who came along and learned something new, even we did! Everyday is a school day! See our twitter and Facebook pages for some updates. We have our next dates in the diary which is at NT Parke on the 25th May! Please book onto this as places are limited and it first come first served! It pays to be a winner.

Dates for the rest of the year are now available so make sure you keep a space open in your diary. The dates are:

24th August – Family Bushcraft
19th to 21st September – Survival and Sleeping

We look forward to seeing you at our base at NT Parke. Please email or call to book early and avoid disappointment!
